Model Code of Practice: Confined spaces[editar]
This model Code of Practice has been developed to provide practical guidance on how to meet the requirements under the WHS Act and Regulations applying in a jurisdiction in relation to work carried out in a confined space. It applies to persons conducting a business or undertaking who have management or control of a confined space, and to designers, manufacturers or suppliers of plant or structures that include, or are intended to include, a confined space.
To have legal effect in a jurisdiction, the model Code of Practice must be approved as a code of practice in that jurisdiction. To determine if this model Code of Practice has been approved as a code of practice in a particular jurisdiction, check with the relevant regulator.
